4 days 3 nights luxury, relaxing, learning to cook vegan yoga retreat
Heather Anderson – Director of Yogalinda and Martina Wastl have teamed up together with Cata to offer a one of kind relaxing yoga retreat. During the retreat Martina will offer 2 cooking sessions where we will prepare together our delicious, vegan lunch. You will learn about the amazing health benefits given by a balanced diet. We will talk about the benefits of single ingredients and how to combine them in a creative way. Seasonal and local ingredients will be used to prepare some simple but yummy dishes. When you get back home you’ll feel inspired with new skills to easily keep going with your cooking practice.
Heather will take the lead on teaching the vinyasa and yin yoga classes. She will also provide pranayama breathing and guided meditations during the weekend. Martina and Heather will share in the cooking and teaching of yoga during the retreat as they both have a passion for yoga and cooking!
Cata will warm your muscles with a 60min massage scheduled during your free time during the retreat. Cata will also help out as our Karma Kitchen guru. When you book please state what time you would like your massage.

On a side note: Heather and Martina have done a retreat together here before and the location is fabulous. The house is luxurious and the surrounding hikes are great too! Not to mention the fab kitchen and yoga space! 🙂 Not to be missed location destination.
