this is the perfect dessert after a light dinner on a sweet summer eve.
It’s fresh, has the right amount of sweetness and norishes not only on the physical level but also on the spiritual one, since I added Reishi (ganoderma lucidum, lat.) to this smoothie, which is a medical mushroom, well known and used in traditional chinese medicine. So what you need is:
1 ripe banana
cup of rice milk or your homemade nut milk
teaspoon of reishi
Blend all ingredients togehter until smooth. Serve imediately or chill for a few minutes.
